Varsha Venkatasubramanian

Varsha Venkatasubramanian is a doctoral candidate at UC Berkeley. Her work focuses on dam development in India and US-India relations in the late twentieth century. Besides that she also works on Native American water rights in the twentieth century, dam failures in the American west, and the history of American fascism.
