Roy Sorensen

Roy Sorensen is the author of Nothing: A Philosophical History (Oxford University Press, 2022). His earlier books include Seeing Dark Things: The Philosophy of Shadows, A Brief History of the Paradox, and A Cabinet of Philosophical Conundrums. He is now professor of philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin and, especially as spring threatens to turn into summer, a Professorial Fellow at St. Andrews University in Scotland. Formerly, he was a professor at Washington University in St. Louis, Dartmouth College, and New York University.
