Kristen Finch holds an MA in Modern History from King’s College London and an MLIS (Master of Library and Information Studies) from UNC Greensboro. Her research interests are based in social and cultural history. She currently works in interlibrary loan at a large academic library in North Carolina.
During World War I, the American Library Association built libraries on military training camps in a project that championed patriotism, literacy, and self-improvement.
