Dr Naomi Milthorpe is Senior Lecturer and Head of Discipline, English and Writing, at the University of Tasmania. She is the author of Evelyn Waugh’s Satire: Texts and Contexts, the editor of a collection of essays, The Poetics and Politics of Gardening in Hard Times, and the co-editor of Digital English, an online handbook of teaching exercises for college English classrooms. She is currently working on the scholarly edition of Black Mischief, Volume 3 in the Complete Works of Evelyn Waugh, for Oxford University Press.
