My research is currently funded by an ERC Advanced Grant (PrimiGenomes) and a Swedish Research Council Rådsprofessor Grant (2021-00625). My scientific interests are focused on the use of DNA technology to investigate the ecology and evolution of different species throughout the Pleistocene and how past environmental changes have determined the distribution and abundance of organisms.
