J.C. Hallman is the author of seven books of fiction and nonfiction, including SAY ANARCHA: A Young Woman, a Devious Surgeon, and the Harrowing Birth of Modern Women’s Health. He is the recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship in the ‘general nonfiction’ category. He lives in Tulsa.
