Charles Neal

Charles Neal has been a correctional officer for nearly nine years and is currently with the Oregon Department of Corrections. He is President and co-founder of the Humane Justice Foundation, with the goal of addressing current issues regarding incarceration in the US. His foundation believes it is possible to restore humanity and dignity for prison staff and the people in their custody simultaneously, for the benefit of all.
